      What log do I need it doesnt even start cause it says max sessions? I payed for 3 sessions.

      you can log into buddyauth to manually kill any active sessions you may have Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal

      keep in mind that most sessions will be dropped by the server once honorbuddy not running automatically so sometimes waiting the 2min for that to happen is better then logging in to do it manually.

      Ok im back. Ive logged in to HB and checked sessions and it doesnt list any sessions open even while im using the bot as we speak. My frustration is when HB crashes my wow which it does from time to time I have to wait a few min till the server auto kicks my last session.

      that means you are not registered on portal using the same email u used in checkout page

      Ok well that may be so but reguardless I payed for 3 sessions and it has worked fine untill you moved to the key system.Ive checked my paypal for an invoice and cant find it cause either its too long ago and paypal doesnt keep all transactions or well I dont know what. But Ive been using the bot since it was just a grind bot.

      thanks bambam for not being able to read that i said after the switch to keys. I never said anything about "hey I dont know how to use the new key system". Any ways I will be contacting tony for help from now on. He has helped me before in the past and as for you being a mod you posted something thats was not even related to my posts.

      There is absolutly no need for a log that states MAX SESSIONS. Thats like getting into a corvette and then going in the glove box and looking in the handbook to make sure it is a corvette. After reading the initial post and the many replys after that one it becomes clear what the problem is. I payed for a 3 session lifetime account and after all accounts were switched to keys I lost 2 sessions. SO EVERYONE ELSE WHO READS THIS POST SAVE THE RESPONSE AND LET PEOPLE WHO CAN REALLY HELP DO SO.

      Well you wanted a log file that just said everything ive been saying so here you go! Have fun working with it cause it will tell you nothing I havent already. Please fix this situation as soon as possible. Oh and I emailed the support email got a response and then relpyed 1 more time and havent heard anything in 2 days so an update would be great.

      when you are logged in portal,can you see your key under Keys tab?




      and as a side note,that attitude wont get you far...at least on these boards

      Look you arent looking at everything Im sure of it here is a PM from me to
      bossland back in 2010. Here is an invoice Gatherbuddy - Invoice # 18467 for
      59.99 euro so as you see the price for the honorbuddy RAF 1 session was 59.99
      euro and then I upgraded to a 3 session gatherbuddy/honorbuddy lifetime whick
      was 80 euro at the time which was before the prices went up and I payed the
      diffrence. So tell me whats the problem here with your system? you erased
      something when converting to your new system and screwed me out of 2 sessions.
      As I said before you changed to the key system I had 3 sessions and now I only
      have one. Somewhere you messed up and now I have to suffer. I want my sessions
      restored. I have given you enough proof that I had them and since your new
      system doesnt have my old info you refuse to fix this. Either I should get a
      refund on 2 sessions or you need to add 2 sessions and also comp me for the
      troubles you have and still are causing me with this problem.

      Well this is an email that I just sent to the support email with attachments. Additude why shouldnt I be mad that durring your change over I was screwed out of 2 sessions of HB. You wanted a log of my HB saying max sessions when it was exactly as I said it was not more and nothing to trouble shoot. I would like for Bossland to chime in if possible and maybe he could help resolve my missing 2 sessions. Any other mods who would like the attachments that I have emailed are more then welcome to them to prove I payed for 3 sessions but now have only 1 after the system change.
