Kvnlod, Seeing the email does nothing for us. When we see a ban form we can get a bit more details as of what to do like, were you botting 24/7, what custom class he was using, what bot form, were you using addons? If you watch some of these ban forms lots of them have similar things in common and could easily been fixed with a few simple addons... Thanks
They all have the same thing in common. They were either putting to much on AH, someone reported them, or selling gold. Oh and bot got stuck in bg.
