      Hello,

      Got this problem after i restarted my computer and turned on HB again. Registered Log On - Buddy Auth Portal using the same email and all, but there was no session to kill. Please assist. Thanks :)

      Well problem happened for me 2 days ago, i only had time to post on the forums today. And i saw HB bots in BGs yesterday when my HB doesn't work. Don't think my problem lies with the server.

      when you are logged in portal can you see your key under Keys tab?

      Nope, there is no keys there.

      then you are not registered with the correct email

      Ok my mistakes, corrected my email.

      I see a key there now.

      I did and it was closed cause HB staff didnt like that I was not satisfied with getting ripped off 2 sessions due to someones error on the HB end. And isnt this a forum to post on? I can tell him Im glad his is working cant I?

      well the truth is you denied to give us your log,so yes....no log=no help...that simple

      No that isn't true I've given you logs and have been writing the same info you keep asking for in emails to the support email. It's like you don't even read what I write. How about you make a form to full out that we can fill in just so we don't confuse you when whe give you all the info you want not in the order you ask for it cause it seems that you dont read the emails or when your finished you don't bother to look back and pull the info needed. How many times do I have to email all my account names and purchases?

      Another thing Tony you closed my thread on the 5th of December and a log was posted on the 4th that's extremely funny. You stated I refused to give a log and what is that I posted with a screen shot with it? How about sending me a pm with a number to call as I'm in Germany so I can get this resolved and stop playing your little game with logs and such came it doesn't work and all I'm doing is getting the run around. Go ahead and call yourself a liar cause the proof is in the forums. You locked my thread cause you are able to not because it was warranted.
