      Your IP address is blocked or blacked listed, you need to reset your IP or renewing a new ip.
      Your should connect after reseting, if still unable to connect, try reseting again, it should work.

      Yes, but only for dynamic ip.

      I have a static IP and can't change it... wtf? I need my IP to be unblacklisted plz

      This is probably because the ISP did a mass block of IPs in an attempt to block the DDoSer's IP as well.

      At least that is my theory.

      can anyone unblock my ip address, I have a static ip, it won't allow me to change.

      Really depends on if the ban was a single address or the subnet, its worked for a few people.

      im not paying 10 dollars to change my ip can we not get them whitelisted...im not going to put up my isp on this forum we need a method of submitting our ip's...

      OP is right, I just turned a VPN on and connected to HB perfectly.

      All I did was reboot my modem, left it unplugged for a bit and seems to be all working now =) gg

      I just bought this lifetime liscesnse for this thing and now your telling me im IP Banned !??! seriously I have a static Ip and I havent abused or done anything wrong with my account on this service we need a way to submit our ips for whitelisting also just a note to the DDos Reference IP Blocks only stop Syn Flood based DDOS not UDP so ip banning ranges of ips only does 1 thing and that's stop them from accessing services on the host NOT STOP DDOS trust me you can research this and its 1000% true.

      Logged into my telus router (ADSL) renewed my internet license BACK IN BUISNESSS wewt!!!!

      I've reset my router and cable modem twice, neither time made a difference.
      Please keep us posted on any other possible fixes.
