I have a account that i bot for 5-6h a day and it is 100% supervised ( Dual monitor ), i usualy farm ores and herbs and put some at ah and other i send to others chars to De or Mill, so i can make other things. But i usualy post 15-20 auctions /day. Recentaly last 2 weeks i use arelog and started on a maintance day. That day i decided to watch a movie on the tv and wen i looked to mine computer the arelog was trying to log in on worlds, but all them was down. And he do that very fast. I run to it and shutdown. 3 days latter i got disconeccted whyout and msg and wen i try to log in i was banned. I recive only afther 15h later a email that was that mine acc was banned " Code: Account Name: wow1 Reason for Closure: Violation of Terms of Use - Abusive Activity: Violation of Terms of Use - Abusive Activity. This account has been closed for at least one character was identified using a cheating program also known as "hack". These programs are not authorized, because they offer advantages to characters that are not usually offered in World of Warcraft. Examples of these benefits include increased speed, teleportation or ability to walk through walls / go beyond limits. These programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over players who do not use them and for exceeding the limits designed by the game. Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact had on the game environment. I think as becouse of that amount of log in try on maintance days, with less them 1 sec each other. I use this bot long time ago and on maintance day i jsut got disconect and never try to reconect becouse i do not had relog. So i gess they can track that relogs try and bann you for use of hacks.
Probably just a coincidence. I have been using HBRELOG for a year now or so, and never lost an account.

EDIT: I also have thought this could be a major problem, but to sort through the billion connection attempts they prolly get... even automated is not worth their time I bet. It however may be yet another flag theory. However, like i've always said. Blizz could ban every person using CTM (Click-To-Move) and they would barely ban a single innocent user.
I'm not familiar with Arelog, but I assumed that they were similar. Is it Arelog, or is it just some random person that saw your bot do something funny.
it was 3days later, if you had said "right after the servers came back online" or "the next day" its more believable, and abusive activity can mean pretty much anything so it doesn't narrow it down.
I AM no saying that wow van detect arelog. I AM telling that due te a mount of log in tries wen the server were off may get may ACC flag and the login logs as checked. And they thought that no human would do that.. s? it is a hack program.
Not true. All of my accounts easily have thousands of log in tries on maintenance day and they are all fine. You got banned for a different reason.
I AM no saying this is 100 a fact. But can be easy detected. This ia just a warring. So just avoid use arelog during maintance or long reset days.
That would be easily identified though And even if they were included they'd be insignificant numbers compared to us botters...
It wasnt arelog, but monday night i close mine so when servers do go down, my bots dont try to login over and over. Just what i do.
this is untrue, they do not check or track login's when the world is down so i would stop spreading lies
i was banned due use of hack, not botting or ecomomic. It is just a thoery, but is very plausive about the login?s try.
