      6/8 SOR got banned ( within 24 ( mostly)-36 Hours )

On these four i was using pro xies from a guy in blackhatworld forum the fifth i was using from a different web company ( this looked more reputed and not a one man operation ).
Now 4 accounts got closed ( within 12 hours of creating these account ) and 5th which was on pro xy from a different company is going fine.
With these kind of instant detection i am sure that blizz system got a hint of pr0xy servers and banned 4 of those accounts, i think there was not even a manual intervention but all system detected.

Can you guys tell me a good pr0xy seller which you are using reliably ?

      Regards

Now i am not a very good observer but when it comes to technical and auto stuff i am kind of anal about it and freaking hurt my butt to demystify it.
      Here are my observations.
      1. Most of the SOR accounts get banned withing 24 -36/48 hours, once the toon is boosted and one starts playing. And this is system/auto detected.
How can i say that ? Cause all of my 6/8 accounts have got the ban in this time frame. It is not that these are banned by player reports or something. It is auto detected by their security system. Human touch will take more than 2-3 days and this i say because GM will take 24 hours to look into ticket and hence investigate and work on it. Further i have 3 other bots running all have passed the initial tough time and now they are living.
This is certainly auto detected. I have botted on these accounts just for test from 18h/days to 6-8h/day ( people say bot less but i do not believe much in this statement ) and it does not make a difference. Ban is there no matter what time.
So now you need to think what i am missing and causing to send a ban signal to their system. I have worked with different system and kind of developed a feeling if it is system detected or human detected.
I use different a/cs, emails, passwords, different payment method ( though payment method does not matter as accounts getting banned so fast ).
      2. Do same ip address, mac address, hwid, cpuid matter ?
Seems like no, cause while other accounts got banned other 3 bots running fine from same computer, ip and all that.
      3. So has Honorbuddy been detected ? no i do no that think that is the case either cause that will cause nuclear disaster for all the bots here.
      4. So how is blizz detecting ? don tell me about time that i bot for, i have tried different amount of time/day and does not help.
      5. When merging SOR account with a different battle net, do you think that causes the issue ? I say NO cause my other bots ( all are on SOR ) living fine.
6.Have i missed something ? I guess not but may be and this is where you need to help us and point me towards something that is causing these frequent ban.

Why am i writing a such a well thought given post. I can understand the reason behind botting. We all are tying to have that little extra cash that can help us a lot and give joy. Be it a long time item that you wanted or extra bill that you could pay and i intend to help and get helped.
I request you all to put your useful comments :)

      Regards

There is not difference, *** eventually use proxies, my add encryption which is not needed. so if a *** is using an abused ***** that will also cause account to be blocked.
It is the pr0xy ip that needs to be ok and not abused. And i am looking for a reliable provider.
      Thanks

Sure it is a difference. When you make your own V P N, you are the only pearson who play wow and botting from that IP. When you buy V P N, you dont know how many ppl botting trough same IP.

Were they banned? Or locked? Locked is different than having a ban. The accounts that were locked can be UN-LOCKED by resetting your password from the email you used to create your Bnet account.

Is there an actual difference between boxxing from same computer+same IP and a *** that you made at home? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the WAN is the same. Unless you buy another IP from your ISP.

    7. Hosting a *** on your own network is useless (and makes no sense, considering the original use of a ***).

I think he was referring to people purchasing a VPS, and installing one manually.

Yup. I mean on that. Well... if you wish to spend money on diferent IP, this is the best way. It cost around 5-8 e for 1 IP month.
But then you are sure. Nobady have that IP.

I remember a year ago when I botted using *** I always got banned. I actually spoke to a guy and said that it was me on the accoutn but used a *** for better ping, he told me straight up not to because they systems flag the popular *** services as hacked because most "hackers" use them. So you're likely to be locked out of account/ask for ID sent in/banned etc when using a popular ***.

Does anyone have any success at all botting more than 1 acc on the same (legit) IP?

or if a ban hammer hit there all acc will get banned guaranteed by association?

I usually run between 5-8 accounts all on the same IP, been doing it for a few years. Never lost a account to botting. Of course i don't over do it either..

      fucking bull's eye.
i know what is going on here. V P N is less of protection and more of headache now at-least if you use the popular websites.

When I was up and running in LK days, I had 8 accounts running off 1 IP. I even had one get temp locked and when I called them I told them that I worked at a CyberCafe and that I only play there becuase I don't have internet at home (blatent lie), but they ended up unlocking my account.

Same with Universities and Dorms, Public Wifi ect..

It all leaves out of 1 IP address, so there is no telling how many accounts would be active. I know at the U, there had to be thousands of students playing WoW. I used to watch it happen during physics and really boring classes :)

A few years ago I used to run Pirox, six accounts, all on one machine, my ip, but different installs, did it for months. Lost one account when I was slinging gold.

More than likely the reason the majority of those SoR acts got pinched, is because the one-man op was doing a booming business, probably was some semblance of a ToC violation so they pinched him by pinching everybody he sold to.

The thing you have to remember, there are MANY apartment complexes and the like, where all the connections throughout a single building, come from a single WAN IP with a cloned MAC address. So it's not out of the ordinary for Bwizzad to see multiple connections from the same IP and MAC address. Now if you're gonna run 20 accounts... I'd go with virtual machines, and run each virtual machine on a different onion router (if you can find one that will stick to Bwizzad friendly IPs (EU IPs for EU servers, US for US, etc.)), and do five copies per VM.

And another thing to consider, never say shit about your software in-game. I talked to a GM who said they retain a few days worth of conversation, and they do reference it.

i dont think ip's are the issue. i have 4 pc's everzone a own ip adress. no bans for regular accounts, 99% bans for SoR accounts. SoR is dead same as RaF is.
If we pay for accounts, we can bot. if we pay for gametime, we can bot. blizz like those botters, they give money.

SoR's and RaF gametime accounts dont give anything to Blizz, so they ban them.
      some SoR's within some hours.

This is not completely true. My ISP has switched to IPv6 and has provided me with a /64 block of ips for free. While they won't teach you how to set them up (I own a hosting company so it wasn't an issue), it's becoming common with IPv6 providers to provide more than one usable ip address.

Proxies are easily detected. Even a secure ***** can normally be detected just by using a socket or telnet to connect to it. To avoid this you must edit the connection screen in the base coding before compiling it.

This is not entirely true either. For all you know the last guy to use these IPs was botting WoW and got banned, which could wind you up with an instant ban. The only way to ensure that this chance is almost impossible is to host your own bare metal VPS setup directly with a data center or another service that doesn't provide services for WoW regularly.

I've been running 5 accounts at different locations in the game for eight days, 10-14 hours a day, using multiple bots (Mainly a private one with no configuration at all I picked up off a friend, don't bother asking me for it. It's locked to my hardware id and even if you know how to spoof it, I still won't give you it). All on one ip. No ban yet.

I've been running the unholy out of a pair of SoR accounts. Granted, I knew their history and they're safe, not associated with any voodoo, shady dealings or the like, and I think the history of the account plays a role in how long it'll survive.

And the same applies to ***... the *** IP you got now, a notorious botter may have been on prior, so you get screwed by association. If using one's own IP is too spooky, run an onion router, they're free, most of them even support encryption.

I don't know why everyone thinks encrypting their connection will do them any good. You do realize the data is decrypted on the other end. WoW's servers wouldn't respond to encrypted data. The only reason to encrypt data is to protect it while it is in transit. So unless you are worried about someone next door breaking into your wireless router and stealing your account with a man in the middle attack, all encryption does is slow down the transit process and make your bot lag.
