Also einfach mal entspannen und warten.

Wont getting access from Germany be as simple as changing DNS server like many people do to gain access to Piratebay in countries where the internet provider has banned access?

The good old times are gone anyway :p

      Perhaps?

No, 100% chance they won't allow it.

Every single post in the Germany forum got deleted, even the smallest hints. They don't allow any talk about it since the very first day of the demonbuddy injunction and with a lot of "bypassing" words being banned from the forum, we can see their motivations about this topic.

You could always take the position of calling the bot... a human simulator... something that helps people play the game if they're disabled. Frankly I think its bullshit on an epic level of how Bliz can come after bot developers. It's not hacking the game, it's not exploiting their code, and there's no malicious intent. I think what it comes down to, is Blizzard wishes they could sell the gold, that they could sell the bots, Diablo 3... felt like a test run for deploying a real money AH in WoW. Like something they wanted to deploy in WoW but use the D3 players as guinea pigs.

"obstructional competition"... what is that judge smoking? HB is a complimentary product to WoW, not a competitor. HB and WoW are like... beer and bratwurst. I wish judges who lead off on technical cases, have to have some semblance of education / training to the technology end of things. It allows the player to play the game by *****... as in, the toon is still going... but the owner is off in the real world and the owner's computer is playing the game in the owner's stead.

I got a silly question for the devs of this program were you ever given the chance to stop and nothing will happen

Because if you were don't you think you should of taken it

Not sure if your up on corporate law as such but it took this long to take you to court as blizzard has there hands tied by corporate laws

Once they win this they can not be stopped by those laws and any other company that trys to make a bot they can sue straight away

My understanding as well there is one in china it will be next on there list once they win this case it will be ruled in there favor by court as it has been proven in other courts + another country

I think also it may be the end of automated programs for blizzard and it makes way for project titan to go live without automated programs stuffing around with game play

It has been a long time waiting for this for blizzard they state this it is a long process not sure if you have seen them state this but this is what it means

The one in china has not done the amount of damage this bot has done or cost blizzard as such where corporate laws apply

I think the buddy team should of hired a corporate law team

Either way this program is wrong as the makers are making money off a legit firm

Also you may note you do not see Microsoft sueing over things all the time as they can't do that as little companys are protected you made blizzard lay off 600+ employees this is why they were able to sue you it was about that time they took you to court

I think it is sad that the maker/owner will lose everything he has and no one here will ever care that he does lose it just for a program that is making him huge money and he can;t live without that as he has become acustom to his living style and this is why he plans to fight in court (I think this part is so true) But hey I don't know that

Also what I state here is very correct it is if you think I am wrong then prove me wrong by showing it go read up on corporate law people you may find it funny but I am correct

There is simply no way for any one entity to control the internet. Simply put, as long as HB exists, we can buy it and download it. Sure, we might have to use a different address and use a ***** or TOR to get it, but we can. No one can stop us, as long as we don't let them, and they can't find us.

Hater... if you want to make a valid attempt at communication that people will take seriously, try using punctuation in your post. You are very hard to read.

There is absolutely no legal way to correlate Blizzard's downsizing with the use of any one bot. There are simply too many factors which have an effect on their business model beyond botting, and no way to prove which of those factors contributed to any given lost subscription.

Sorry Hater - those bad botters won't be disappearing anytime soon.

This whole court case is a joke. In the absolute worst case scenario Bossland will have to 'geolock' (check if someone has an IP in Germany) and deny all services and sales related to HB ONLY to those people. If anything, this is nothing more than an inconvenience to the Germans since anyone who can use Google can just search how 'bad naughty people' get around IP blocking. Remember German friends, going around IP blocks is bad (because you 'care'), so you should never do it. If you chose to use Google to find one of thousands of pages about how to break the rules of Bossland by going around their court ordered requirement to block your region, you are being naughty (Ok, you can stop laughing now). Note, I am not giving instructions on how to get around the IP block and all such posts will need to be deleted, but no one can stop you from using Google to 'educate' yourself on how these 'evil' people are avoiding the rules!

If you do break the rules and get around the IP block, be sure to post and gloat about how you did it so that Bossland gets forced into deleting your post and banning your HB key (wait... think about what I just wrote there. Read it twice and evaluate your own intelligence before making such a post).

Also, in the worst case scenario would it be illegal for your 'friends' in other countries to 'gift' you a copy of the software?
