Just got a 72 hour ban.

Yeah, only been using the bot for 3 days and I've already been banned for 72 hours. Probably my fault, I've been doing it for like 12-15 hours for those 3 days.

Be careful guys. I was alternating between a quest/grind bot on a newbie warrior.

 

I've been botting since like early tbc and never had a ban. I've botted 4 accs since Cata.
edit: the reason I said it was because it seems many ppl gets banned and blames hb.. you're doing something wrong.

did you use grinding?
I'm atm botting a druid, been doing ~20 hrs per day and hadn't even had a whisper.

First off I never blamed HB. Read my post. I said it was probably my fault. Also, I already answered your second question. I was alternating between questing and grinding.

well botting 12-15 hrs per day on leveling is weird being banned. sure it wasnt for like harassing someone?

 

I had no interaction with anyone other then a friend. I think I just got unlucky TBH. Figured I should mention it anyway. I'll go back to botting the same after the ban is up.

 

only thing I can think of is grinding for a long time on a low lvl is suspicious.

 

just throw on kicks and go to bed no need to grind gets buggy around lvl 60ish

 

Did you use the scroll of resurrection or take the email to come back to wow for a few free days? I've only been suspended twice and both were on accounts that used the free game time to come back after a long period of being inactive. I thought it was kinda odd that both those accounts got flagged, but I bot probably 12 hours a day on my main account and never been flagged: /
