On many occasions when the program goes to turn in a quest, there will be several options to choose from. About 60% of the time it will pick one and continue. The other 40% it will not select an item and just keep bringing it back up over and over. Here is a picture of one of those times. Here is the log when this bug happened. make a fresh install of honorbuddy into a new folder, and see if that helps, there seems to be something going on with your weightsets that autoequip2 isnt liking so give that a shot.
