Caught in banwave - what are my chances?

Basically I bought a fully upgraded account on Black Friday sales and for the first time tried out botting using Honorbuddy. I used Honorbuddy to level it from 1-90 and then farm herbs in Jade Forest on and off for 6-12 hours a day. I have never touched the auction house on this account, I filtered all of my herbs and sold/vendored enchants on my main.

My reason for the permanent ban is use of "hacks". I've monitored I'd like to say around 90% of all the time that I botted, I've never missed any whispers or had anyone "test" weather I'm botting or not, just kept everything on the down low (the way I see it). I used a guild bank to transfer all of my herbs to my main account (the bot and my main are on the same battle.net). I've also logged on the bot from 2 different IPs 1 being my home and 1 being my phones internet.

So here I am, my botting account got banned after around 3 weeks. Anyone have any tips/suggestions on getting it unbanned? I'm somewhat afraid that if I try to appeal they'll look deeper into the case and find out that I transferred everything to my main and ban that too, even though I never botted anything on my main whatsoever.

I've no idea what may of gotten you caught. I bot my 2 accts WAAAY more than you, and all I've gotten was a 3hr suspension from reports in BG's. Which I can't protest against at all. There's either something you're not telling us, or someone reported you. But I don't see a random report as getting you banned.

 

Don't put incorrect information in your thread or thread topic, there was not a banwave...

You are botting and it says that you're banned for hacks. Contest it. Play stupid.

If there was a banwave hb forums would not even load lol, I'd contest it see what happens

 

You said vendored shouders. If you have vendored tons of shoulders on single toon, I guess that would trigger a flag. I dont know on what gold level, indeed. But my speculation is - stay low, vendor on alts or newly made chars, which delete after - not more than 20-50k per character.
Its really easy to check - go to achievment panel then statistics and wealth.

 

I vendor maybe 10k worth of shoulder enchants a day on my bank alt, and have been doing so for a couple months now. No ban, so I doubt this was what got this guy nailed.
