Hi, Jalockin,

A lot of people miss clearing one of the caches involved. Here's is the process for clearing your caches...

• Shut down WoW and Honorbuddy
• Delete the WoW/Cache/, WoW/Data/Cache/, and Honorbuddy/Cache/ directories
• Restart WoW and Honorbuddy

Caches can get corrupted a few of ways:

• You switch toons, or do a quick log out/in, without restarting Honorbuddy
• You simultaneously run multiple sessions of Honorbuddy from the same directory on disk
• There are other (user caused) triggers, but these are the most common.

If that doesn't get you going, you'll have to tell us exactly what you observe going wrong, and attach your full log. Without such, we cannot help you.

Hi, Astor007,

Kick clearly marks the Dread Wastes profile with the [Fly] tag. This means that you must know the flying skill to use the profile. Flyng in MoP requires level 90. And before you ask, the profile will never be reflowed for ground-mount use.

I'm sorry you are coming up short on the experience for which the profile pack was designed. Your choices to get level 90 include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Cava's profile pack (questing)
• Botanist's profile pack (grinding)
• Many other profile packs offered by the various authors
• Manually go find an area to grind in until you ding
• Run the first few quests in the Dread Wastes manually, until you ding, then go train flying.
  After that, Kick's profiles will skip over the quests you did by hand

Looking though your log, it looks like Honorbuddy decided it needed to go Sell/Mail/Repair. It seemed particularly concerned with mailing something.

This is not a profile issue. Let the bot go do the Sell/Mail/Repair run, and then it should go back to questing for you. If not, please post a fresh log after allowing Honorbuddy to Sell/Mail/Repair.

Neutral Golden Lotus means you will have no quests with August Celestials or Shado-Pan. You must be Revered.

 

Not necessary. Unsupported quests would just be skipped in the log anyways.

 

Im getting some errors- bot keeps stopping for 87-88 MOP quest

i attached log. i think i did it right

We'll need to see a logfile to even begin to address this. The problem could be a mis-behaving behavior, a mis-behaving CombatRoutine or Plugin, a minor change to the quest/area since the 5.1 patch, or dozens of other things.

Without the log, the reports are unactionable.

Hi chinajade

There is no problem with the bot. I tried to do the quest by hand.
Stopped the bot, dropped the quest.
Accept it once again and tried to take the things.

Quest bugged. Maybe not for every char, but i'll find it out in some days when i'll quest with my worg dk.
If it occures once again, i'll get the log.

There is another Quest in the sholazar basin, when you have to locate an injured oracle (Just Following Orders - Quest - World of Warcraft).
Very funny, if you see about 10 bots standing around the oracle and do nothing

Aye, all of the starting zones need to be reworked in Kick's profile pack. Bliz changed them with 5.1. Kick is aware of this issue, and its on his "to do" list.

The only work-around at the moment is to run levels 1-5 manually. For an Orc, when the toon gets sent to Razor Hill, you should be able to start Honorbuddy and have work correctly after you turn in the "bread crumb" quest that sent you to Razor Hill.

Hi, Yblaster2k, and thanks for the log!

It looks like you need to manually move to Waterspeaker Gorai and turn in Cleansing the Mere. After doing this, restart Honorbuddy and you should be off-and-away.


@Kick,
It looks like the TurnIn at line 1267 of "[N - Quest] 88-89 Kun-Lai Summit [Kick].xml" needs an X/Y/Z for Waterspeaker Gorai,

It didn;t work because this NPC didnt give me a quest.

I don't know if this should be posted here or somewhere else (I don't know if this is a profile or bot issue). Let me know if I'm mistaken.

It was questing in Grizzly Hills using profile [Fly][H - Quest] LK 68-80 [Kick].

I tried doing the next set of quests (lvl 88-89) and having this problem now..

 

Dreadwastes: keeps trying to mount flying mount under water, repeatedly.

You were supposed to turn in the "Cleansing the Mere" quest--not pick it up. If you are in the area near the NPC, just restart Honorbuddy, and it should be able to pick up where it needs now.

If that doesn't get you going, please post a fresh log. We can't diagnose problems when we can't see what's going wrong.

As Kick pointed out--its not a profile issue. You'll need to post this in the Support forum, with your full log attached. Partial logs are completely useless for diagnosing problems. Logs from 3rd-party sites are not accepted by BosslandGmbH for analysis.
