alright, give your machine a restart if you haven't already, and when you start hb this time right click it and click "Run As Administrator".

are you also getting an error box? if so would be be possible to upload a screenshot of it.

I've been unable to connect since yesterday and this morning waiting for a response.

I make up any key and stays on logging in is clearly not able to authenticate our passwords.

could be random, could be fixed, but logging in doesnt take me up to 10 minutes anymore, i did just get disconnected after 15 minutes botting though (disconnected from honorbuddy) lets see how the next attempt goes

      try this

Step 1) Open a command prompt (Start -> Run, or Win Key + R, and type "cmd" then press Enter)
Step 2) Run the following commands, and record the output of them all.

      pathping auth3.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag Auth3.txt
      pathping auth2.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag Auth2.txt
      pathping buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag Auth1.txt

Step 3) Attach these files to your support thread so that we can diagnose any actual network issues.

      post your results plz
