      As the title says. Recently got a 72hr suspension. Was wondering if transferring to a fresh account cleans the slate.

      the last names are the only things that need to be the same, don't need to be on same battle.net

      Yes it does. The "slate" is on the account, not the character.

      the correct answer is you cant login to your bnet account to try and transfer if its suspended???

      I believe OP means he/she wants to transfer the character when the suspension expires which would be fine.
