OK can we get some clarification from devs please

Also, from your perspective, this bot could be fully functional and you guys could make money of it, if you just listened to the people who have been posting on this site, myself/deadly/joe/china etc....., with help it could be going 100% , and there would be no need to close.

I think the time limit on their refund is justified...no reason to support people that want to sell gold and then refund their bot purchase because they decide it's not profitable...

when the bot it updated it works well enough in most situations...

 

I can't say you are not right Xanathos, I was able to use the bot too (i made 2 chars to level 47 and i consider this worth the bot payment), but I could let the bot to run longer only after Joe CC. I feel screwed because they adverted something and we got a different product, and i don't feel they communicate enough with customers (chinajade said he is not BW team).

Another thing: few weeks back i remember Tony said they will focus more on Buddywing, now Hawker said they will shut down the bot ...

 

Whats going to happen now?.. is BW dead is it going to be Up-dated or are we just sitting dead in the water not knowing whats
going on??.. or should look for another Bot to use, can any of the Dev's give us a stright answer?.. or have they just stop working
on it?.. someone update us pls so we at least know whats happening?.

 

They gave us a straight answer, they are working on the patch. It will be supported for the next year. They will stop selling it before the new year...

I've heard fixing memory issues can take a couple days and there might be parts of the bot that break from any game changes which can take longer...I hope it isn't that bad...

They will certainly let us know when it is done. They will post in a given thread asking about it when it happens. Or one of us will noticed it is updated and post something.

 

If i want to use this bot from now, is it possible as you'll remove it from the shop?

I don't get it. I am very much interested in purchasing this bot. If the bot is going to be updated all throughout 2013, why not sell it still (I am opening my wallet here)?

If someone (who works here) can sell me a sub, I am more than willing to pay if the bot will be usable this year.

If no, is there someone here that has no interest in this bot and would like to sell their key for this bot? I am more than willing to pay.

Unfortunately, you are few month late yorhey, i think they decide to stop bot selling because its a pain to support and probably income is not great, at SWTOR patch 1.6 they made this announcement and i think all the whines and insults from some users had a bit part in this decision. Maybe more people showing interest will made them start selling again but probably the adds are very very low.

 

Maybe we should start a poll and see if the current users would be willed to pay like 5$/month?
So we can get it updated and developed

I am happy to pay as this bot is awesome and with a few tweaks it would be the non plus ultra!!!

You may have one last alternative...

Try contacting the BosslandGmbH front office at support@thebuddyforum.com, and see if they would do a one-time deal for you. This would be with the understanding that the product is in end-of-life, and you won't get your money back at the end of 2013.

All I can say is you can try to make your case, and see what they say.

Be aware that the BosslandGmbH is normally very slow (~96 hours to respond) because their mailbox is always full. And its gotten really bad through the holiday season. More info, here. They're adding staff to address the problem, but the new hires have yet to arrive.

Buddywing is 90% of the time unusable
GuildBuddy was dropped

so we only have Honorbuddy that works it seems....

 

False statement, use Joe CC and an grinding profile and bot will work more then 90% of the time
