Playing a low pop RP server, like 2 people in icecrown at peak times... And i had been using the profile for about 3 hours.
This very rarely or actually never happens. Ive been banned 13 times, every single time ive called them. Also, even if they do, if you have a Dynamic IP, you can change it, its the MAC Address you should be scared of them banning.
I ran HB for 39hours - I was suspended for 'Automation programs' for 3days. I checked the log and saw that someone said 'are you real?' then a few mins go by and the same guy said "reported" so GG =] And that is quite a 'pathetic' reason for banning someone 'killing too many monsters' pfft wat a joke - Definitely appeal this. Say it boosts your ego killing low-level'd NPC's lol xD

As for getting banned you was just unlucky, my account sometimes isnt logged out for days while botting ( ok i don't bot 24/7 but atleast 8 hours or more a night) More likly you just got reported and a Gm had nothing better to do. Just state there isn't a rule for killing to many mobs, just state you was AoE farming or something and that you never knew aoe farming counted as hacks
Yeah i can almost guarantee this ban will be reversed because thats a dumb reason for a ban. How can blizzard ban someone for killing shit? But you never know how things like this go = P Good luck.
Lol, no hahahaha. Ive just been botting for 4 years, and on one account i was banned 9 times, i guess they just kept a good eye on me, then banned every chance they got, then i would make up a clever excuse. Ive only lost a total of 5 accounts over 4 years, and i think thats pretty decent.

Same. I just got banned.. But I have 2 accs on the same bnet. 1 I never used HB on, and the other i been botting somewhat often, usually overnight, on a grind profile.
I don't suppose anyone here is selling unban service. My account has had it's second offence (already served a 72hr about 3 months back first 1st offense). My account has an authenticator, and I was generally only farming low level mobs with a high level toon in order to get trade goods nobody else can be bothered to farm. I have no clue what story to come up with if I were to phone them, plus support is closed right now anyways.
Tell them you were farming low level items because they sell good because no one farms them, hence the massive amounts of mobs killed. I'm a higher level than them so it takes 3 seconds to kill = D
