The flyto i put in there to keep a central position was a temp bandaid to keep it from wandering off the map (and out of range).
I've been meaning to fix this quest...but you can see I've been busy too. :)
I'll work this in thank you.

So it opens the cooking menu, but other things I need to check too (some are redundant, but I need to confirm):

Did the bot cast Cooking Fire?
Are you still in range of the flame, if it did?
Do you have the cooking pattern?
Do you have all the karp needed?
      What language client is yours?

This loop has been a thorn in my side. It worked fine the original way, but it did NOT work for non-US clients. So I need to see what is and isn't working.

If you Continue, it will take off and start flying long before the game client would allow.
Although this doesn't raise an obvious red flag, I can't confirm or deny that blizz will notice this in a larger scale.
You can allow it to go (i have a few times before "the hotfix") and it will work, free of fear of immediate ban...but in the end I need to fix it.
I just wish I could get it to smartly use rings.

Hi, Warpigger, and thanks for the log!

Hmmm... never seen this failure mode before, but I know its not a profile problem.

Best I can suggest is to try once more to clear all three caches, and maybe even reboot your machine.

If no joy, please post the follow-up to the Support forum, along with a fresh log, please.

      cheers,
      chinajade.

P.S. - Your ProfessionBuddy installation is damaged, but this isn't contributing to your problem.

Hi, I'm running the Kun Lai Summit profile and the bot keeps trying to make my Alliance Paladin go get food/drink from Armorer Pang, who is Horde lol...even after I cleared caches it does this. Here is a log. Finally, I let him do his thing and he went up to Armorer Pang and murdered him in the middle of the Horde camp...

Hi, Shelton8r, and thanks for the bug report (and log)!

Indeed, the profile is flawed. Kick was doing some hatin' on my Dwarf in an earlier Kun-Lai revision. The dumb Dwarf believed him about another Hordie repair vendor being acceptable for resupply.

      @Kick,

      In "[N - Quest] 88-89 Kun-Lai Summit [Kick].xml" v1992, line 26 needs to be removed or replaced:

      <Vendor Name="Armorer Gang" Entry="67176" Type="Food" X="2285.495" Y="899.3143" Z="481.1265" />

Armorer Gang is not faction neutral. I checked all the other Vendors in the <Vendors> element, and the rest are all okay.

      cheers,

Alliance toon. walked into the area, did the first assault quest, then turned around and looped into infinity of trying to pick up the quest that was turned in.

Alliance toon walks into townlong using [N - Quest] 89-90 Townlong Steppes [Kick]. Completes First assault, turns in quest, then tries to start quest. sits there trying to talk to the npc repeatedly.

Hi, Jsmith1812, and thanks for the log!

Indeed your log shows clear signs of cache corruption. Here is how to remedy...

If you want to help HBdev squish this bug once and for all:
      • Go to the HB/Cache directory and find the #######.cqc file(s)
      • Since the forum won't allow *.cqc to be directly uploaded, Zip the *.cqc files along with your log.
      • Upload the Zipped file to the Honorbuddy Bug Reports thread with a short description of the problem you encountered
To get you going again, here's how to repair the cache issue:
      • Shut down WoW and Honorbuddy
      • Delete the WoW/Cache/, WoW/Data/Cache/, and Honorbuddy/Cache/ directories
      • Restart WoW and Honorbuddy
Caches can get corrupted a few of ways:
      • You switch toons, or do a quick log out/in, without restarting Honorbuddy
      • You simultaneously run multiple sessions of Honorbuddy from the same directory on disk
      • There are other (user caused) triggers, but these are the most common.

Your log also shows signs of having problems communicating with the WoWclient...
Be sure that both the WoWclient and Honorbuddy are running as Windoze admin. The problem could stem from the fact that Honorbuddy is installed in your C:/Program Files(x86)/ directory. You should consider moving it to someplace less problematic, such as C:/Games/Honorbuddy/. More info as to why, here.

If you are not off-and-away after this, please show us a fresh log.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hey,
I'm not really sure if this is the right thread, but i couldn't find anything better...

My problem is, that i am leveling/questing with this profile with a Tauren Druid (85) and the toon is not using his flight form!
I'ld like the Druid to use the flight form at every possibility, because the Tauren is very big on a Kodo and gets stuck often!
Is there a possibility to put on this feature?

I hope you can help me!

      Greets!

P.S.: I think it's senseless to post a log at that point, but if needed I'll do that!

      Hi Go4e-moh,

Choice of mount is not a profile issue (and does not belong in this thread).

      But to get you going...

      • Honorbuddy -> Settings & Tools
      • -> fill in "Mount' with a bona-fide ground-only mount
(Spelling, caps, and punctuation must be correct. No leading or trailing spaces.)
      • -> fill in "Flying Mount" with "Swift Flight Form"
(Spelling, caps, and punctuation must be correct. No leading or trailing spaces.)
If you are not off-and-away with this, please follow up to the Support forum, and be certain to attach your full log, please.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Cache corruption would be the case if clearing it wasn't something I already tried. It looks like it's a bug or something in wow. Something was going on where the NPC wasn't giving me the quest, like a broken set of triggers/scripts.

I'm running Cloud Serpent now. In order to test it thouroughly I'm running the whole thing. Luckily I got 3 quick quests, then the fishing. The toughest part is I only have the enUS client. And my biggest fear is:
      GetTradeSkillInfo(i) = Fish Cake
and GetItemInfo(74641) = "Fish Cake in respective language"
then the two will never match outside of enUS.

      If PerformTradeSkillOn was working...

EDIT: Just ran it...ran without error. Sometimes I wish it WOULD fail...
Last thing I can do is make multiple calls to attempt to craft. Each one a different language. Now I just need to confirm each spelling/language.....

      An idea:
you could stick to the pervious version with macros but just have to do more macros for some languages. you use this solution from 'Feeding Time' the different pets in the cloud serpant daylies

if one macro failes it goes to the next and hopefully it will use one of them and you have got what you need.
enUS and enGB shouldn't differ that much. In enGB it's called also 'Fish Cake'

I allready changed the macro to the german version for the cooking fire. My problem was that the Fish Cake is called 'Fischk?chlein'. So the problem was you cannot write '?' in the xml because hb cannot load it...
Maybe you have an idea to write it :)

      Hi again, Jsmith1812,

Indeed, then the second issue I previously mentioned is coming into play.

Try the corrective remedy I suggested. If no joy, please followup to the Support forum, as your issue is not profile related. Please be certain to attach a fresh log over there, if you make that Support forum post.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Do me a favor:
In enGB and in german clients, type this into the chat box:
/run print(GetItemInfo(74641)) <-- and tell me what comes up
/run print(GetTradeSkillInfo(1)) <-- do while cooking is open, and just confirm the language it returns (english or german)

I'm heading out for the afternoon, but I'll check my email as I go.
I'll make changes tonight (unless I bring my laptop to my in-laws....hmm...)
