      remove:

      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
      run them as administrator.
      after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart

      So its a HSB Update issue? Because i think in EU there was no Update for HS, but i updated my OS to Win 10 and followed your instruction for a third time and it keeps crashing immediately after i started it.

      if you followed the instructions above and still crashing,it means there is a Win10 & Hb compatibility issue

      open your own thread providing your log file so we can tell,meanwhile we will check it asap
