About the event... It is clear to say that Honorbuddy has been detected for last 2 to 3 weeks which bypassed the tripwire system. For now, we have no information until we do deep investigations of what caused the banwave. We will try to share more information as soon as we get results from our investigations. Meanwhile, we kindly request you folks to report your bans on the bans section forum to give us a better view. For discussion please use the following thread. It will remain open during the downtime. Banwave 22-11-2016 Discussion Can Tripwire be disabled? Yes, although it is a very bad idea, Bossland GmbH allows users to disable Tripwire on a per-key basis. Disabling Tripwire is potentially dangerous and leaves your account vulnerable. We recommend you do NOT disable Tripwire unless you are fully aware of what you are doing. For more information about Tripwire, see our Wiki article on it. For those that don't care about losing (even more) accounts, you can find out how to disable Tripwire here: Can I disable Tripwire? Fellow Buddies, The detection methods that have been catching almost all bots including Honorbuddy in last 3-4 weeks has been found. We are working on a new Honorbuddy build as of this writing. While we can not share any details about this, we strongly suggest everyone to stay away from any bot/tool in the market until the creators of such products make it clear that they have managed to find the detection and their bot/tool is changed to reflect the latest detection methods. We will be blocking the usage of current Honorbuddy build regardless of your tripwire setting from the portal as we are certain that the accounts you used after the banwaves or will be using are in Blizzard's hands. Thank you all for your continued support and trust on Buddy Team.
