[BotBase] BlankBotBase - Run only plugins while you play

This botbase allows use of plugins while playing manually.
It does NOT use the combat routine at all. Nor does it do anything on it's own.

Allows you to control the character, but have plugins enabled.

Example uses:
-PimpMyGuild plugin while playing normally.
-AutoEquip2 to roll on loot while running dungeons manually (without a CR).

Stick it in your Bots folder.
