Hi, Tony, make sure that you are mentioning that the source is 100% BOTANIST, part of the profile I provided you to sort out an issue with GrimBatol. Anyway, this profile is useless, until the new version of HB, as the Res is BROKE in the current Beta and Stable release .763. When dying, cannot grab corpse and unable to use resurrect with spirit healer.
I wont go into details cause I'll just get censored, but there is a reason Tony appears on Botanists posts now. + Botanist died a few weeks back due to brain cancer. It's 100% real, but Kevin will not be here to defend himself anymore. It is horrible and sad that he's gone and what happened shortly before he died at the hands of others misunderstanding a situation and manipulating it to their advantage.
it appears tony is releasing botanists profiles to general honorbuddy population. and if you 'know' the reason behind all the drama, you 'know' the reason botanist was asked to leave. and honestly, what better way to make amends than by honoring botanists work and giving it a place here on thebuddyforum.com, which botanist supported for so many years. it looks like the staff is trying to make up for the all the drama that happened and show people that even though botanist was a cranky old man, his work was post worthy. now, on to better things. the dungeon profiles dont work for crap atm. even azyuls profiles are half broken. honorbuddys death support is bunk and you need to tweak the profiles to be usable. drops have been nerfed so the gph estimate is wrong. there is something wrong with druid shapeshift that is glitching some of the profiles, and because of that, i feel ret pally is a better choice atm. this thread should be archived as the profile offered is broken.
There is no point to archive every obsolate or not-fixed with up-to-date HB/WoW profile on the forum, if the profile have no more use at all, the future will overwhelm it.
archiving the thread stops users from downloading it and then coming back here to complain the profile doesnt work. the read.me text file that is supposed to provide support included a broken link the developer who wrote the profile is dead there is no current developer updating the profile. the profile requires a plugin written by the dead developer, which was included in his 'paid' svn link. why wouldnt you archive this thread.
