      So ive just downloaded the test build for the bot and everytime i run it and log in both the bot and wow just close. I checked the log and this is what it say -

      any suggestions?

      I should probably add my game version is 7.1.0.22995 and is running in 32bit mode.

      there was a bug/glitch that didn't update wow properly. it's been posted to the forums if you'd search. TLDR; force update your wow client via bnet launcher and then launch in x86 again

      The game itself runs perfectly fine on its own. I have the latest patch installed. Its only when i launch the game from the bot that it closes wow down.

      repair your wow installation and force update wow manually

      Wow so I didn't even get to use the bot and got an email this morning saying my account has been banned for botting..

      How do I get a refund?

      Sorry for your account closure...most of us have got one but I find this report interesting considering it didn't actually attach to the wow client. Things like this may help in indicating where in the process things are failing (for the devs). No help to you unfortunately !! Good luck on your refund...you need to email the company...they wont help over a forum topic regarding refunds.

      I have sent a support ticket so will see what they say regarding the refund. Find it pretty interesting though that I didn't even get the bot attached to wow and it still flagged for the ban wave.

      You won't get a refund for being banned, thats the risk of botting.
      You know it's not allowed and you knew the risks involved and you still botted.
