In MoP we used Frostjaw into deep for a maximum burst as a fire mage when we had a proc. But we already fixed that issue in our beta version...
If you disable interrupt wie the toggle hotkey, it will only interrupt Deep Freeze Poly if you have ticked it in the options
That might be the reason, every polymorph variant has its own spellid/name. And I might have forgotton one

It shouldnt break the dots. Is the mage not using the polymorph glyph? And please post a log when this happens
It does purify, but you might want to adapt what it should purify on the custom spellid lists.
