So, there is a spell missing from your amazing rotation. Soul Reaper - Spell - World of Warcraft (Soul reaper). It's our level 87 spell. While the DPS aspect of it is there, as a blood dk tank, this spell can help every bit as well as others, especially since, if cast at <35% for norms, <32% for elites, and <30% for bosses, its a guaranteed extra 100k+ hit (As a level 90). This is very useful, in both PvP situations, and in PvE, as this allows the dk to move on to the next target when dealing with mobs.
