yeah thats why the error is happening. you need to do a checkout into an empty Professionbuddy folder.
So the strings.xml is found at this path 'F:\Desktop\HB\Bots\ProfessionBuddy\Localization\Strings.xml' ? The log shows that it wasn't found there.
Check if Strings.xml is in the folder Honorbuddy\Bots\Professionbuddy\Localization. if it isn't then get it from the svn.
