I am not at fault here ... because it is not my fault I got hacked ... you can double check IP log-ins please ? .... I beg you ... please help me... this is serious stuff and I dont want to lose my account for such stupid stuff...
Good day. I was gone on a vacation for 5 days... and when I got back home I found my account banned for some stupid reason ... "Offense: Use of Bots or Third-Party Automation Software ". I have scanned my computer and I found some small viruses... I have no idea how I got them .... when I was on vacation ... only my son had acces to this computer ... but he doesnt know how to play world of warcraft.... he only plays chicken invaders and other silly stuff.... I might have made a mistake when I tought him how to download from torrents ... I have re-installed my windows now ... I have everything clean now 100%, and I install deep freez ... so whatever he will download next time, after restart it should be gone.... I also think I made another mistake.... I save my password in a .txt file .... I will no longer do that... I write it down on a piece of paper that is inside my passport... cuz I always forget things...
