Fixed it. I gotta right click, run as admin, launch WoW, login to WoW, but here's the kicker lol, then I need to close the HB that the launcher...

I am my computers only account and Yes, it's Admin. Didn't realize I still have to run things as Admin though, I'll try that.

When I downloaded HB onto my new Rig, it said HB was safe so don't think Norton would block it.
