So I was running around my toon the other day near the MOP honor vendor. I headed over to repair went downstairs and there's a guy running into the door and doing the classic back up move over and do it again. Clearly an honorbuddy guy.I whispered him with no answer. So i politely opened the door for him. Off he went to continue leveling. So there's my random act of kindness for 2013 Feel free to leave your random acts for the year!
Glad you helped him instead of telling everyone in general and reporting him like a lot of other botters like to do.
I've noticed my DK Crafter get's stuck trying to run into the Bank and AH in SW, so I decided to set up some 'waypoints' manually in the profile. Now he runs through the middle of the door! I'm just glad the Xmas tree isn't in the middle of the Bank any more, got stuck in that constantly lol
I was botting my druid, he was heading to northrend and he was getting on the boat, he kept running into the side. Obviously a bot, Before I could change it, a priest on deck lifegripped me up, /winked at me and then flew away
Speaking of dealing with other botters. I'm currently in the process of tag teaming my servers economy into the toilet. Me and another player and playing the auction house and were just constantly undercutting one another. I'm using TSM with HB so eventually i hit my limit and stop posting. I dont know what hes using, but hes obviously a bot and is setup to just undercut to no end in sight. I found him in game and watched him, hes clearly a bot. How do I deal with him? Obviously reporting isn't an option. I've tried whispering. No reply. Send an in game mail? And even if i do get in contact with him, what do i say? "hey, stop undercutting me!" /shrugs. I don't know what to do. I thought about being cute and sending his bot a bunch of trash in the mail to fill his bags just to spite him, harmless but maybe it would get his attention? Any suggestions? At this point im think about abandoning this server but i just spent a good amount of time leveling my character and inscription. I could use your wisdom. Thanks.
Saw an obvious botter continually trying to kill an evading fish because he was out of the water so I taunted and killed the fucker allowing him to go on his way, feels good man i feel as a community we should help eachother out as in the long run, less people getting caught botting is less chance for us to get caught
Rarely post, but I saw this and had to post. I saw a guy who was stuck for like 5 hours, I whispered him and told him he is stuck. Like 4 hours later he starts messaging me how I'm a piece of shit and stuff. This guy harassed me for like 3 weeks because I told him his bot was stuck. Was pretty pathetic.
