When i start honorbuddy, it loads enough for me to put my key in, then i get an error/issue msg saying; "HonorBuddy has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Access is denied [] Ignore this error and attempt to continue. Please tell Bossland GmbH about this problem. To help improve the software you use. Bossland GmbH is interested in learning more about this error. We have created a report about the error for you to send to us." Sending report leads to another error. Transferring report. (ERR This application has subbitted too many reports.) ... retrying does nothing. i have tried resintalling multiple times... What can i do to fix this problem??? plz help
