i am currently running the twilight highlands or Mt hyjal grinding (skinning) profile from GROM i am a level 90 hunter just running the profile for the leather, i editted the max level and starts to run then just loading tiles for ages, i have deleted and done all the mesh folder etc, stopped all my plugins etc, every thing that usually works but no joy i will post my log see if you can help, thanks nathan
Hi, Nathan1986, You've got two issues going on. The first is your profile (from your log)... [19:14:59.938 N] This profile does not contain any profiles fitting the character! This post should explain how to fix that: How to edit the profile MaxLevel. The second issue is connectivity to the Honorbuddy mesh server... You need to make certain that port 5031 is open in your firewall for both TCP and UDP. Also, Honorbuddy (the executable or the whole directory) needs to be an exception in your AntiVirus. If you're not off-and-away, please attach a fresh log. cheers, chinajade
im not sure why that first issue happened, as i changed to max level to 91 (as stated), I have now looked at that page you gave me and commented it out, as for the second issue, i am no good using computers so wouldnt know how to check the 5031 is open ive tried to do it using google as help but to no avail, i also dont have any anti virus software on my pc. the log i attached was the last time i used honor buddy, i will try sort another log out with that first issue fixed. thanks, NAthan
just logged and got the char in position, started hyjal profile (both hyjal and TH profiles did same thing), I think the 1st issue is cleared up looks to be just 2nd issue now which i cant do for the life of me lol.
Hi again, Nathan1986, I believe the problem lies with the profile you are using. You are using the Grindbot, but the profile is not providing a 'grind area'. From your log: [21:06:11.176 D] StyxWoW.AreaManager.CurrentGrindArea is null I'm not familiar with the profile you are trying to use, but if you attach it, we can look through and see if there's anything obviously wrong with it. cheers, chinajade

Hi, Nathan1986, And there we go, that was what we needed. The profile you have selected is very old, and probably not maintained. Nobody uses <SubProfile> element any more. But all you need to fix it up is alter the MaxLevel element. Instructions on how to do this are here... How to edit the profile MaxLevel. cheers, chinajade
