Hi, Already sent a email to support regarding IP banned issue. Still no reply/results. Any updates please? As I can't enter from both my mobile device and desktop, it's been really tough to keep updated on stuff and whats not.
Be patient, tons of people were IP banned and It will take a bit reading every email and unbanning everyone.
Was about to say the same thing as lilsavalex - currently I'm using a ***** too get around the IP ban, already sent an email just need to be patient until they clear the backlog!
Hey, Sorry to bring up the thread, didn't want to start another. Thanks for the reply. I saw the reply the minute you replied. However, after several days, still can't access the forums with my home desktop. I have been patient but my email is not replied or acknowledged or anything I have sent an email over, and resent it again two days ago. Also CCed Tony in the email. Kindly please assist, as I can't get myself updated to anything without access to the forums. Thanks!
we switched over to a new support system, send another e-mail but this time send it to. support@bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com
support@thebuddyforum.com still works, so ignore that one for the most part, since they get sent to the same place. also for the OP, clear your web browsers cache and cookies and see if that helps.
