Go down the stairs to the beach. 3. Swim or potion of water walking across the water to the windward isle. 4. Grind! [HR][/HR] Description: Following on from my Hyena Hacker that takes you from 88 to 89 this profile will get you from 89 to 90 in an area that is traversed but is not on the main path! You will see others here but not many and not often. Instead of Hyenas this time we're beating on Windward Tigers. These Tigers are solid and will throw a batdown on anything not tanking class in decent gear! However that said they have a 8% drop rate for Motes of Harmony, drop tons of Raw Tiger Steak that can be used for cooking or turned in at half hill for iron paw tokens! They also drop a reasonable amount of greens and can be skinned for exotic leather. *For an addition gold side effect: As noted the meat the tigers drop can be turned in for iron paw tokens these can in turn be used to buy 100 year soy sauce, Black Pepper & Rice Flour all of witch will see you get a nice return of gold on your AH. If you are wondering what to do for gear once you hit 90 I advise you go get the ilevel 450 blue PVP set from the Auction house for your class. It shouldn't cost you that much (aprox 2k) on my server. Add a couple of blue 450 Rings, a Necklace and cloak! Now your ready to load up HB Raidbot and hit some HC's
First thing I noticed was after he kills the first mob, the stucks randomly in the water. Second thing is that there is some special tigers there with around 650k health and its a big chance that your character will die. So if you could look it up it would be awsome!
I've checked the profile again and this time used (level 89 in semi decent gear) a rogue, a mage and then a ret pally all of which were destroyed by the Alpha tigers. You were right this area is way too hard unless your a tanking class with good gear. I have updated the profile to reflect that. Cheers again for your feed back. profile sometimes goes where the eggdrinkers are, im farming for leather and tiger meat so they are useless to me is that intended?
will be testing this on a spriest to see how it fairs, that is as soon as im finished with your 88-89 profile, so far so good, used your turtles profile to 88 just starting on your 88-89 profile and as i say will be testing this on spriest to see how it goes will post back with results
right i hit 89 last night, will be getting this profile up and running tonight to test it out when i get home from work. will keep you posted on priest compatability.
i would suggest using the 88-89 for level 90 as well. The tigers had some really hard mobs around them which were barely possible for a 402 ilevel feral druid using "superbad" rotation.
complete edit!! never thought this will work. atm im ill and i felt asleep. after i woke up and saw this: bot is running 5 hours now! xp/hr=3,5 minions slain: 1043 deaths: 1 (ganked by lvl90rogue) most of the time, my arms warrior is at 40-70% hp, ilvl 431, 256k hp enjoy this profile. it does very well. thanks for it!
