Do I have to exit and run HB every time I change cc for changes to take action?

 

it depends on the combat routine and how it was coded. in a lot of cases thats not required.

 

Which combat rutines do not require reboot of HB?

 

singular does not, it can accept changes on the fly.

any other combat routine you will need to ask the combat routine author.
