I know HonorBuddy doesn't support VMWare, however does anyone has any idea what is wrong? I can play WoW fine on VM, until I run HonorBuddy. It freezes, and VM stops responding. I can't regain control of it, and have to restart to use VM again. Any thoughts? P.S I tried 9.0 and 8.0 workstation. Thanks!
View attachment 2892 2013-01-28 16.34.txt Sorry, here you go. This is a log after starting HB, and it freezing within a minute.
is auto loot enabled(wow settings) also disable any wow addons you may have and clear the wow cache folder then restart both Hb and wow and try again
Auto loot was on, disabled it and for about 2 minutes now it's run fine. I'll post again if I encounter any more problems, thanks for your support Tony. First time using HonorBuddy, used pirox before, I can honestly say you guys make an amazing product. What causes the conflict between Auto loot and HB? That being said, are there any other no-no's I should be aware of? Best Regards, ReactBot
Thanks, but it's not that. I've allocated in intervals, all types. 2gb, 4gb, 6gb, 8gb, 12gb, 16gb Even tried every CPU setting. Desperate here, I can't play my main while botting with Vmware or they'll both get banned :/.
Running 4 bots on my VM and haven't encountered that problem so far. Sure, HB crashes every now and then, but nothing that makes it unplayable. Check everything, little by little. Are you running wow in 32-bit? Is your OS fucked up, maybe try a fresh install with another OS... can't think of anything else right now tbh.
Fresh install on the host of win7x64, made 3 virtual machines, all same problem. Yes I'm running 32-bit, tried dx9 & dx11 .
ever resolve this? I am now having the exact same issue. I haven't been able to make much headway... but I have a feeling it has something to do with .net
I don't have any issues on the host PC whatsoever, just the Virtual Machine. Also, I play a few other games also with DX9 and I have no isses within the Virtual Machine. I'll see about a log, but i didnt have diagnostic level logging turned on.
