Can't load profile

Hello,
being a new user of Honorbuddy, I decided to get into the farming of quests.

Major concern, it is impossible to access the Profiles window.
When I click on load profile, nothing happens except that the bottom of the window (of Honorbuddy) tells me: profile loading ...
And so on indefinitely. And without acceesing the loading profile window, i can't launch the farme of quests...

What should I do please?

32bit game window and directx9
reinstall This honorbuddy at least 3 times

A french moderator is helping me now but he has "never seen this problem yet".
i'll post soon, if we get a solution (or if I need some extra help )

 

Got the exact same problem, installed it 5 times so far, got it once and then when i managed to load a profile it just said Runmacro 1/1 Times, did nothing so i reinstalled and back to having this problem with the profile loading

 

WHY IS THIS IN FRENCH?!

r u running as admin? there should be no issues if ur able to load a profile

 

just a lil heads up, mine aint in french and yeah im running in admin, it was working like a week ago then i updated and this all happened

 

For me no more problem since I updated my windows 7

 

nope updated win 7 and still doing it

 

Turns out i hadnt shut down the computer properly and i had just restarted it instead, All worked fine when windows 7 update was fully done
