      Hello again. I STILL got this problem.
      I also installed many times:

      Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
      Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

      I also waited and updated HB many times.
      I got this problem over 2 months now and im starting to get pissed off :(

      Please help!

      in your wow graphics setting, change it from dx11 to dx9,
      also make sure your running wow in windowed mode and are completely logged in and in game.
