Winged Steed of Ebon Blade Mount Issue

Hello,

I've entered the id for the mount (40775) for the Winged Steed of the Ebon Blade, turned off "Automatic" and "Random" and it will only mount the lowest level wind rider I have. Probably has to do with the riding level on the character. Any idea why it does this? Thanks.

 

Thanks! I guess I looked up the spell id rather than the mount id on wowhead, I'm retarded.
