Actual paid account I started BGBuddy, and botted probably for 2 hours while watching everything, and all of a sudden i get Disconnected and Suspended 72 hours for Exploiting with third party tools, ruining the game experience for other customers. Botting as Resto Druid, even top3 healing in BG, and have been botting with Honorbuddy in total of like 10-12 hours over 4 days, so 2-4 hours each day in 4 days. Blizzard warden must be viewing Honorbuddy now.
Yup.. warden can detect HB because YOU got caught botting. So sick of these stupid threads and people thinking because they got caught botting that it must be detected. Good first post. Now please dont make another.
Oh and in case you are wondering I was also just BGbotting banned about 30 minutes ago. I was contacted by a GM in game and couldnt get to it fast enough to reply and got disconnected.
I have know how to bot properly. Iv been using MMoGlider for years with no warnings before they got closed, and then this happen while watching everything with my own eyes. This could have been me playing, no different. It has to be that they have watched my processes.
I just tried to appeal to Blizzard regarding my suspensions. They replied that they at all times can monitor both the Random Access Memory (RAM) and CPU processes running on any given system running the WoW Client (We already know this). And that theres no doubt that Third Party Tools has been running along the WoW Client on my system. So they pretty much monitor Honorbuddy, but they are gonna ban people in small waves, as a huge ban would lead to a big loss in subscriptions. Thats my theory.
Im sure i could, if it wasnt for the fact that you agree to let them do this, when agreeing to their Eula after installing the game. Though im not sure if they are allowed to do it by my country's laws. Whatever, they kinda said they monitor the Honorbuddy software in that reply.
Please.. the lot of you shut up ! You have no idea what your talking about... Honorbuddy is NOT detected... If it was 23 bots online right now would have been disconnected.. along with sub 10,000 HB users NOT BANNED.. Your botting actions got you banned.. You when and used a BG bot like a dickhead and got banned.. anyone ready this thread.. just forget eveything posted in this thread and just remember one thing.. DONT BG BOT.. Untill the deves fix it.. (wich tbh I dont see how they can, unless they create AI) BG BOTS will only work if you are 1 of only 10 players in the BG botting... but its more likley 9/10 players are bots.
Think about.. Do you think they are going to tell you the real method they busted the botter.... How the fuck would banning in small amounts reduce the over amout of suscriptions they woudl banned overall if they just did it all at once ?
so if they can monitor 3rd party programs, is it possible to rename Honorbuddy.exe to lets say Skype.exe ?
Alright, then please take your time and explain to me the security HB uses to stay undetected. I really doubt HB (the only huge commercial bot) can hide its process from blizzard warden. Ofcourse they can monitor HB, they just need evidence enough that it has been used, and on what account + character. I was botting for 2 hours while sitting in front of my monitor, watching everything closely, staying top3 healing in BG and responding to Battleground Chat. And boom disconnect + ban. I also just started playing again, but several years ago i have been botting for countless of hours with MMOGlider, and i know how to bot properly. Of course they are not gonna instaban 100k accounts, losing 8-10 million $ in subscriptions. You cant be that stupid. In time you will all be hit by ban, thats for sure.
Aha just seen you have your own thread. Yes I do think blizz would ban all botters if they could, why would they have a ongoing case to try and shut HB down .?
