having problems finding my login

I purchased the Honorbuddy a few days ago. It was working great until the update today. After I updated it cleared my login info. I can't find my passkey now. I have looked and can't find the email that the login info came in. I have tried to use the buddy auth portal but it says I don't have a key I have the paypal reciept and the email reciept from HB. Please help me find my key!
