Nothing else. I did even 2 or 3 dungeons without bot. It was only one char with at least lvl 82. What happend: At first Blizzard send me an email that my email account was compromised (you're reading right, my email account! wtf, how they want to know it?). So they wrote you, that you were hacked and then they closed the account? How did you verify it's yours account?
You can appeal for they say you're selling gold for real money. If what you say that you only used the bot to level tell them to check your gold log and everything else and they will verify that you're a regular player. appeal this, say you wasnt playing your account, you saw the mail that your account was hacked, verrified it and then it got banned? you should be able to get it back.
