      I have an invalid produt key arrow everytime I am trying to log on it was working fine yesterday but today it's broke. I searched forums about it added you on msn for live support but no response so I could do left is post here.

      I mailed with my key too. You have to be faster on this things especially when there are so short time before new season starts please unlock my key.

      Here's the log:

      live support or forums cant help you with payment/key issues

      send us an email at support@thebuddyforum.com including your key

      i got the same problem and the admin dont help me -.-
      i wrote an e-mail to him and the only thing what comes back is
      key is recharged pls wait

      They didn't even do that to me count yourself lucky :)

      still no answer they don't even read full posts it seems and how hard it is to check your mails. Mail will be from kutay_darkwane@hotmail.com

      Same issue has never been a problem for the last 2 years until now. I dont even know how to contact support whats email address?

      you wll address your problem and write your key to support@buddyforum.com and they won't answer you or solve your problem that's how :)

      probably he told you that your key got refunded

      you send the key in seconds when it comes to take 60 euros but after taking that money sending the key takes 2 days right? It's perfect. And do you have a refund policy?

      the refund process will take up to 10 working days to complete

      Turkish forum was way more helpful then you they answered my post in 1 day and told me that my payment had an issue with my bank so I re-bought it but telling this took more then 3 days for you and still non-answered so thank you for your no help.
