So this happened awhile back but a Scroll of Resurrection account I bought got banned a couple hours after I got on I did bot old world mining for about 1 hour and then logged for the night only to find out it was banned in the morning My Question is, should I appeal it? I forgot about it until now and I've heard from here that abuse of economy bans are easy to appeal. My problem is its on my main battle net account so will they look into it more and will my main account have a chance at being banned? I have way too much on the account to waste for a level 80 account Also I haven't botted since about 3-4 months ago months ago since blizzard seems to be *****ing down, if that helps any
appeal everything and anything. even if you won't win the appeal, you'll take up their time. And yes, when you draw attention to your account, you can't know if they will check your other Bnet licences for wrongdoing - but who says they're already not investigating account/ip/mac wide anyway. Most likely scenario is that you'll appeal and probably win against Abuse of Economy charges, but you'll need the ID of the original SOR acc owner for "confirmation".
they don't have any information but the ID and PSW. "Unmerged SOR" = "Old, Stolen Acc". I guess that's why blizzard has a problem with us using them.
Yea as far as I can tell SoR accounts haven't been safe for awhile Friend sent his sor character over to his main account and they just banned the whole account
