I bought the extra 30 days after my initial subscription expired and for the past 2 days and it still says its the invoice is not approved so whats going on?
I'm still having trouble with this the invoice just says its unpaid but I got an email that said they received my order but my credit card says it wasn't charged. What is going on?
now HB is saying that its not paid but I only bought HB a month ago and it lasts for 1 year and Bossland still hasn't gotten back to me about GB.
Same problem here. I renewed my subscription for GB almost 1 week ago and still says NOT PAID when i try to log in. The only advice i received was to PM bossland but bossland cant receive anymore PM's as his inbox is full... SO I left a comment on his page stating my problem and have been playing the waiting game ever since. I really like the program and its a shame the support consists of 1 person.
lol i have a similar issue here... no answer to my pms and several post on this forum... now up to day 6
only Bossland can help you on payment issues leaving a msg on his wall will not help you just try to pm him later plz
