Endless circle of "moving to npc to pickup quest"

OPEN POST AGAIN!!!!


PLS SOVE THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!


1. I tried Fresh installation of HB
2. i cleared my questlog complete
3. I also tried another PC but the Problem still exists


Problem havnt solved!!!!!
