Appealed once already (first time offense) still banned, seems blizz isnt messign around. Anyone think i still have a chance to get reinstated? If so leave tips pls.

 

I got 2 of my main accounts perma banned at the same time for using GB2 and they were first time offense as well. Appealed twice both denied lol. Sorry for your loss.

hacks are like impossible to appeal, but im trying anyways on my 2 accounts that got hit

 

Yep closed/banned = very little chance of getting them back. I think I have typed the same thing on 4 posts this morning already

 

I lost my main account of 8 years due to the exact same problem using gatherbuddy farming ore for about 35 hours. Although I received an e-mail indicating that the problem was because i was abusing the economy. I ended up farming a crap ton of ore, mailing to an alt, and posting in the AH and making about 20K gold in 2-3 days.

I've tried to appeal numerous times via ticket and have gotten so frustrated receiving the same reply I actually began to insult the customer support team. I'm on the fence about calling to trying to appeal but I think I may have a good chance considering the reason was "abusing the economy" and not hacks or third party software, what do ya'll think?

 

Ya'll think you shouldnt have insulted them and it is likely to hurt your chances if they see it when you call up

 

Just called Blizzard and they said they can't do anything about account disputes over the phone and referred me to the ignorant customer service reps that handle tickets. These guys are a complete joke and should be out of a job considering how poorly they do their job. The customer service guy over the phone did mention that all accounts that get closed will be in two different states; Final Upheld, and Upheld. Final upheld means the account is gone, no questions asked no matter what. Upheld means theres still a chance that this can be appealed from the upmost highest and elitist account admins which gives me hope....we'll see what happens.

 

Danyo the chance is less than 5 % in that state.

 

How exactly are they poor at doing their jobs? Are you being wrongly accused? Looks like they are getting very good at "doing their job".

Sucks to lose an account though.

 

The customer service is poor as in the fact you can't talk to a GM on the phone, the automated emails, the lack of discussion such as a live chat option on the WoW site.

It has been like that for the five years I have played the game Giwin. Well in the EU it is anyway it's like the WoW EU forums they hardly get any blue posts whereas the US gets loads

 

I would ask the customer support to please hold for a moment then play the fresh prince of Bel-Air theme in the background at the end of the song I would flush my toilet.

Yea, i ended up appealing one more time, with a more sucking up approach, didnt work, so just buying another account. blizz can go screw themselves

 

Pfttt Vanhorne.. I've been perm banned 3 times on the same account, unbanned all times. It's just a matter of knowing how to social engineer, fool the gms and whatnot. Not that hard really, just have to be creative and believeable.

Saying perm banned accounts have little to no chance of getting unbanned is just rubbish.
