So im fairly new to honorbuddy and so far have only leveled one character to 60. i heard that if you use the bot for too long each day blizzard takes note and investigates. i was just wondering about how long should i let my bot run per day? also if i were to quest for 8 hours on one character and i switched to another character on the same account and quested on it do the hours add up or is it seperated by character?
I would recommended to Quest not more than 16 Hours a Day, otherwise its to risky, but when u Quest 8 Hours a Day and from one Day to another 16 Hours a Day its also a little bit suspicious.
Unfortunately no-one really knows what Blizzard looks for, how they track this information, and what "parameters" would make them investigate/suspend/ban accounts. No matter what anyone says, it is pretty much all here-say. 24 hours a day is asking for trouble - you want to do what a "human" does. Including stopping the bot for a few minutes every now and again (remember, you need bathroom breaks!)
Some people are running 24/7 and survives, some people are running 2 hours a day and gets banned anyway. There is no "safe" method to do this. You can only do what makes you feel safe. Personally when it comes to questing i bot 24/7, questing is as safe as it gets imo.
Very true Pwn - I think you need to watch out for too is 'stucks', nothing screams bot than your character raming it's head into a post for more than two seconds (or hours on end). Last thing you want is players reporting you all the time.
16 hours is to long if you wanna be really safe go for like 10 hours u wil stil lvl to 90 in 6 7 days with kicks questing profiles.
