Hey. I've been spending the last few hours looking up at some of the "Monitoring Plug-ins" None of them really seem to be updated/actively working so i figured i would post this up and see if anyone can make this. What i am looking for is basically a plugin to make a sound when whispered or when a certain phrase is said for example : Your character name, "Bot", "afking" etc... Also for it to possibly take a SS of whenever you are whispered or once of those phrases is said. Basically something like pirox has. I don't think this would be too hard, but of course if i knew how to do it i would make it so i guess it's not that easy hehe. Thanks. If there already is a private or a public plugin that does exactly this please let me know.

kind of but was just looking for a plugin tbh, i don't need another addon if avoidable. Would prefer a plugin with a obnoxiously loud/annoying sound to notify me when i get whispered or character name or phrase mentioned in any chat. This way i can hear it and be like oh dear god and jump up and check
Just use an addon if you only got 1 window, I personally adjusted an addon I found on curse to make a REALLY loud noise for 1,5 minutes after an emote, whisper or say near my bot. Always wakes me up in time to respond to whatever that guy wanted in the middle of the night. Try that.
I second this request. Gatherbuddy is my #1 favorite bot but If I am AFK botting overnight while I sleep I end up using another bot with the ability of alerting me VIA sms on whisper or emote.
There is a whisper notification plugin that can send txts to your phone. Kings plugin. Doesnt let you know of any phrases/chat tho.

ChatAlert Ok, I think I've come up with a solution for you. This is my first plugin, so be gentle. But I think it's working. The Settings are self explanatory, but if you have any questions let me know. You can specify which file you want to play, but it has to be a .wav file. I've included one with the pack. By default all chat channels will be monitored(BG, Say, Channel,Whisper, Guild). You can add/remove phrases as you wish, or enabled/disable the channels by selecting/de-selecting the checkboxes on the second tab. Just Extract the folder to the Plugins Directory. Hope this works for you.
