their was a small patch a few hours ago. im having the same issue. a friend told meu should wait for a update on fourms. then whwn u click the bot it should give u a ops to update as wat m friend said. I just wish the updates were faster lol. note im heckka new so ya lol

Every time Blizzard puts out a major patch (5.2 in this case) they make a lot of minor fixes along with it. (Ninja patches if you will). They might fix one or two aspects of the game that are faulty. These small patches make HB not able to recognize the instance of WoW you are trying to utilize.

In 1-2 weeks, we shouldnt be having any of these issues as Blizzard should be able to work them all out.

 

Wow 1-2 weeks is along time lol.. but i bet its worth it in the long run,

The team is pretty good about getting HB running in just a few hours after the update. Just be patient and keep checking the "Release" Topic
