I would bot for about 1.5-2.5 hours, and turn it off to do a couple dungeons, raid, or what not. I'd talk to people I flew around to, even helped random questers. Constantly talking to people, doing world bosses, ect.
They re-banned me. Then banned my other 4 accounts, even though I only botted on the first one. Appealed 2-3 times for each, all denied.
