Keep trying to play the dumb card. Insist that your account was hacked. Make it look like you are someone who has no idea of the ToS. If you havent already changed your password then change it and show interest in an authenticator but dont use the word authenticator. Ask if their are some additional ways to secure your account.

So you got it unbanned? Good for you. Still I think you should never admit to guilt. Not that you have any more leverage by standing your ground but it doesnt put you so much at the mercy of the GM. It still leaves doubt that you were botting. Then again if the post in the other section is true they can detect the bot now.
No it was not unbanned, they just responded with 5 ----- and flagged it as resolved. So yeah no ban unlifted as of yet.
