Checked HB log and everything went smooth, no hiccups. Received the email a couple hours after my account had logged out. I wrote up a quick email explaining I never hacked, ect, and didn't know addons were hacks. They answered my ticket a couple hours later and reopened my account .

Not gonna copy paste what I said but basically boiled down to me saying a family member recommended an addon and that I didn't know that was hacking so I removed it.
